A block of rooms has been reserved for conference attendees and their guests at a special negotiated rates (all for single/double rate, in US$ per night):
- Fairmont Garden View Room: $ 205/night
- Partial Ocean View Rooms: $219/night
- Ocean View Rooms: $ 239/night
The resort fee is waived for conference attendees (normally $30/night). Items included in the rate include:
- i) Unlimited basic internet access in guest room and in resort area
- ii) Self-parking for 1 vehicle
- iii) One-hour snorkel rental (2 sets per day per room)
- iv) Local, domestic long-distance and 1-800 calls from your room
- v) 10% discount on published pricing for Hawaii Loa luau when booked through the hotel’s concierge.
- vi) Various cultural activities, including outrigger canoe rides, daily arts and crafts, cultural hikes, tide pool and snorkel introductions.
- vii) Cultural activities, shuttle service and snorkel rental subject to availability.
Additional fees include a porterage fee ($8.50/person, round trip) and daily maid gratuity.
